Terms and Conditions for KomaraØkoRengøring Cleaning Services

1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to KomaraØkoRengøring Cleaning Services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services

2.1 KomaraØkoRengøring provides professional ecological cleaning services in Copenhagen.

2.2 The services offered, pricing, and terms are outlined on our website and are subject to change without notice.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 To book our services, customers must provide accurate information through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

3.2 Rescheduling must be requested no later than 12 hours before the scheduled service. Changes made within this timeframe are subject to availability.

3.3 If customers select "Yes" for "Would you like to make this a recurring subscription?" during booking, we will enroll them in a subscription-based payment plan, deducting the agreed-upon amount monthly.

3.4 For subscription-based services, the customer authorizes KomaraØkoRengøring to automatically charge the agreed-upon amount for each subsequent month of service until the subscription is canceled.

Cancellation Policy:

3.5 To cancel a scheduled cleaning service, please provide at least 12 hours' notice. This notice applies to individual cleaning appointments and allows us to manage our schedule efficiently for single sessions.

4. Billing Frequency

4.1 Subscription-based payments can be scheduled weekly, biweekly (every two weeks), or monthly, depending on the customer's preference.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Customers are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled service time.

5.2 Customers may provide instructions on how to access the apartment when they are not present. However, such instructions must be communicated to KomaraØkoRengøring no later than 8 hours before the scheduled cleaning.

5.3 In the event that access instructions are provided after the 8-hour deadline, KomaraØkoRengøring reserves the right to charge 50 percent of the full amount of the cleaning as a compensation fee.

6. Liability

6.1 If there is damage to property or belongings during the cleaning process, KomaraØkoRengøring is liable to pay for the damage through our insurance coverage.

6.2 However, KomaraØkoRengøring is not liable for any damages or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, third-party actions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of KomaraØkoRengøring and is protected by copyright law.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1 KomaraØkoRengøring reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.

11. Security Measures

11.1 Customers are encouraged to inform KomaraØkoRengøring of any security measures in place at the premises, such as alarm systems or restricted access areas.

12. Special Instructions

12.1 Customers may provide special instructions for handling specific items or areas during the cleaning process, which KomaraØkoRengøring will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.

13. Satisfaction Guarantee

13.1 KomaraØkoRengøring strives to ensure customer satisfaction. If customers are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service or if it does not meet the standards we promote, we commit to providing the next cleaning free of charge.

13.2 Customers are encouraged to contact KomaraØkoRengøring within 24 hours if they have any concerns or if the service did not meet their expectations. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve their concerns promptly.

14. Supplies and Equipment

14.1 KomaraØkoRengøring will provide the necessary cleaning supplies, a steam cleaner, and required cleaning cloths.

14.2 Customers are required to provide a functional vacuum cleaner for the cleaning service. If customers do not have a vacuum cleaner, they must notify KomaraØkoRengøring at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning time.

15. Special Cases - Extremely Dirty Areas

15.1 In the standard pricing for our cleaning services, we allocate a specific timeframe based on the average time required to clean a residence of a certain size.

15.2 In cases where our cleaning team encounters areas that are exceptionally dirty, requiring more time and effort beyond the standard cleaning scope, an additional fee may be applied.

15.3 If, during the first cleaning visit, the cleaning team identifies areas that fall under this category, we will promptly communicate with the customer. If the customer is present during the cleaning, our team will discuss the situation and the potential additional fee.

15.4 If the customer is not present during the first cleaning, we will attempt to contact them via SMS or email to inform them of the situation. If there is no response and cleaning needs to commence, our team will have two options:
